Guangdong Diaspora Across Five Continents was created to mark the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Guangdong International Culture Exchange Centre. This 40-meter-long scroll integrates traditional brushwork with contemporary artistic expressions to showcase the journey of struggle of overseas Chinese from Guangdong across the globe. With "common roots ,perseverance and innovation" as its core, the work embodies Chinese cultural symbols, carries the Chinese spirit, and serves as an exquisite cultural piece for cultural dialogue both at home and abroad.
